This was our first time booking through Lilla Huset. The contact with Susanne was excellent from the very beginning, and the house we booked on Lake Bolmen exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Lilla Huset and will definitely book with Susanne again.

We found a wonderful cottage right on Lake Åsnen through Lilla Huset i Småland. The booking process went smoothly and efficiently. Susanne Pilarp always responded quickly to inquiries and also arranged local contacts. Highly recommended; we would book our next vacation in Sweden with her again in a heartbeat!

We spent four wonderful nights with Susanne on her idyllic farm, and it was a thoroughly relaxing time. Surrounded by nature and animals, we were able to experience country life at its best.
Susanne provided us with fresh eggs, which we thoroughly enjoyed at breakfast. The atmosphere on the farm was totally relaxed, and we had a great time.
A special highlight was having bicycles available on site. This allowed us to actively explore the beautiful surroundings, including Småland's Hawaii and many other nearby places worth seeing.
The farm is very well-maintained and accessible via a long driveway – it is wonderfully quiet and not directly on the road. The adjacent pastures with cows and sheep give it a special idyll. Susanne's two dogs were extremely friendly and always up for a few cuddles – a real plus for animal lovers.
The holiday home is modern and furnished with great attention to detail in typical Swedish style. The beds are very comfortable, and there are plenty of sleeping spaces upstairs. A TV with Netflix and Prime Video, or the ability to cast content from your phone via Bluetooth, is also available. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the small bathroom with a shower was sufficient for our stay.
The terrace, which is directly accessible from the dining area, is an ideal place to retreat and enjoy the peace and quiet—whether with a good book, a coffee, or simply relaxing in the fresh air. The sheltered location invites you to spend cozy hours outdoors.

Great house on the lake, with everything you need. Very nice and helpful host. We were able to rent a motorboat from him without any problems. Our furry friend felt very comfortable there, too.

The house is located in a beautiful area, very large, and well-equipped. The sauna and jacuzzi complement the already very positive experience. Communication with the owner is top-notch; the people are extremely kind. I recommend it!
